What Are We?
Grounded in northwest Georgia, our fellowship aims to cultivate a local embodiment of the love of God, neighbor, and Creation at the meeting place of both the literary and agrarian arts.
Discipleship
As the focus of our fellowship, everything we do has the aim of cultivating a local embodiment of faith, hope, and, above all, love towards God and neighbor.
The Literary Arts
From reading and creative writing to the learning of ancient languages and seminars on good books, we foster a rich journey into the literary arts to move us beyond ourselves and live in love.
The Agrarian Arts
To love the very Creation of which we are a part, we cultivate and practice the agrarian arts, such as sustainable gardening and animal husbandry, in partnership with local homesteaders.

The Local Academy’s journey is built into Farm Days and elective Supervisions.
